Hope you solve your problem, Nothing more frustrating than having pc reset and you can't figure out why. Other thing you could try(at your own risk) is use evga precision x and bump up the voltage just ONE notch and no more, Maybe the card is not getting quite enough juice even with factory overclock, If you are able to play game with no crashes at all by underclocking your card then that could be the issue. Other than power or heat the only other culprit could be a shoddy card, If possible test it on a friends computer running the same game/benchmarks if it does the same thing then you know it's not your pc, it's the card. If you have a modular PSU, try plugging the gpu cable/s into a different port on the PSU, Try bottom rail. What are your system temps, Seems like what you describe is possibly heat or power related,More likely power. The temps you are getting are more than fine they are fantastic and nothing to worry about!Īre you sure your power supplies (12v rails)is able to handle your system? Are you also overclocking cpu by any chance?
cross your fingers for a good overclocker. Part of this new tool is EVGA's 'OC Scanner', which is showcased below. I know that you adjust the slider in Precision X, but how do you use OC Scanner to 'verify' a stable overclock What would be considered a decent overclock without EVBOT you might get 1300+ mhz, you might only get 30mhz offset. Seems a bit weird, I run 2x980ti cards that are superclocked from factory, In Witcher 3 the temps get to 83-84c on auto fan and I have no crashes at all. EVGA has officially revealed their new Precision X1 overclocking utility, which will offer users a new layout, codebase and never-before-seen features, providing users with more fine-grained controls for overclocking, fan speed adjustment and RGB illumination.
